Having trouble getting paid? The U.S. Commercial Service facilitates resolving trade complaints to promote U.S. exports and to protect U.S. business interests overseas. 

The Commercial Service may assist in resolving trade complaints arising between U.S. and Indian firms at the request of a U.S. company.   The Commercial Service only handles trade complaints involving commercial disputes that are related to transactional issues (e.g. non-payment query) or non-transactional issues (e.g. customs query).
