The U.S. Commercial Service, SEMA, and MEMA have joined forces to help you expand your international automotive sales. To participate in this FREE program, please complete the questionnaire on the website below by June 30, 2009. This will start the following process:
- You will be contacted by a Trade Specialist at the nearest U.S. Export Assistance Center.
- The Trade Specialist will assess your export experience and determine along which of two paths you should proceed.
- If you are “new-to-export”, you will be asked to enrol in a free “Export 101 Webinar” on July 15. Next, you will receive a second round of counselling by your local Trade Specialist to determine the need for additional information (for instance from the Small Business Administration concerning Trade Finance). If you are export-ready by July 29, you can move forward along the path offered to experienced exporters.
- The company profiles of experienced exporters will be posted on a website by Aug 10. The website will be promoted by our international network of colleagues to foreign buyers, potential representatives, and possible partners in at least 37 countries (see list below).
- All foreign companies interested in doing business with you will be pre-screened for suitability.
- Once a trade match is found to be viable, our U.S. and international staff will work closely with you and the foreign company to facilitate communication exchange.
To REGISTER: Please carefully fill in the form below before June 30, 2009.
