Simon/Chelsea International, headquartered in Hong Kong, is the entity created by Simon Property Group designed to enable Chelsea Property Group, a division of SPG, to pursue its many international activities. In July 2005, the Hong Kong office was opened to oversees its real estate activities in Asia.
Our services include meeting with executives from the Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices as well as providing general information on our company.
Simon/Chelsea's objective in participating in this exhibition is to meet potential joint venture partners, retailers and vendors interesed in working with Simon/Chelsea International, co. Ltd. on retail real estate projects in greater Asia.
