Florida's pro-business, pro-technology climate, combined with easy trade access to key regions provide ample reasons to locate or expand a business in Florida. The State offers a vast assortment of real estate and a range of home prices - from contemporary and luxury beach-front homes to trendy downtown condos, golf resorts, investment properties and community-type developments.

The Association represents 156,000 realtors in Florida and according to a recent survey by the association, 15% of all real estate transactions involve an international buyer. The association would like to expand this international market to their members. The Association's representatives would like to meet property developers from Hong Kong, China, and other Asian countries.
