Registration

The fee to attend the ACE08 Exhibit Hall for international delegation members is $75.  The fee for international attendees to receive full conference registration, which includes admission to the ACE08 Professional Sessions and Exhibit Hall is $730.  To receive full conference registration and entrance to the President's Reception the cost is $770.

International Buyer Matchmaking

The Matchmaking program will take place on Tuesday, June 10 and Wednesday, June 11, 2008.

The U.S. Global Environmental Team will be arranging international buyer matchmaking meetings with U.S. exhibitors during ACE08.  Upon reviewing company background/profiles of US firms expressing interest in matchmaking meetings, foreign buyers will give FINAL confirmation on their level of interest prior to finalizing the schedule of matchmaking appointments.  If foreign buyers are interested in receiving matchmaking appointments, profiles will be required at least 6 weeks prior to ACE08 to allow adequate screening time and meeting confirmations.  Foreign buyer profiles should contain the following in an excel document: 1) Company Name; 2) First & Last Name; 3) Title; 4) Company Profile (type of company); 5) Project(s) for which they are seeking product(s) or services; 6) Type of product(s) and/or services they are seeking; and 7) Objectives/Interests (i.e. direct purchase, distribution, partnership, etc.)

Technical Tours
