The Gastronomic Festival is a non-profit event in which the Guatemalan Chefs are recognized for their culinary skills and for uplifting gastronomy in the country.  Monies from the event are collected and then used for charity by the Guatemalan Rotary Club.  The event is also co-located with FERIA ALIMENTARIA.
