The American Business Center (ABC) is the answer for only
$2,000.00
The ABC at CeBIT 2009 is a fully equipped Business Center
run by the U.S. Commercial Service for U.S. companies needing a
presence at CeBIT but not via an exhibit booth. The ABC provides
an office away from home. It is a meeting point, a place to
discuss business and describe your service to potential business
partners; included in the price are an assigned desk and chairs,
broadband wireless Internet access and a full range of office
equipment, such as phone, fax, photocopier etc. Additionally,
each company is assigned a full time bilingual assistant
during the show to assist with arranging appointments,
translating, interpreting, delivering literature to booths, or
obtaining information on other exhibitors or competitors. We also
assist in finding accommodations in Hannover.
We market your products to agents and distributors
through our global network of U.S. Commercial Service offices in
Embassies throughout Europe. Our colleagues in these
offices alert their local contacts in the ICT industries about
your presence at CeBIT and availability to discuss business. We
provide you with all leads generated via our promotion campaigns,
even if a meeting during CeBIT is not possible. We provide you
with information on approximately 20 ICT markets,
including lists of agents and distributors from some of these
markets. We also offer a quick assessment (Quicktake) on whether
your product/s have potential in up to six markets.
Finally, ICT Commercial Specialists from around
Europe will be on hand to counsel and assist you and provide
information on their individual markets,as well as introducing
you to any agents and distributors from their country who are
present at the show and have expressed interest in meeting with
you.

Participation Fees
Participation fees range from $ 2,000 for 3 days to $ 2,900 for 6 days
