The Frankfurt Book Fair continues to be the largest and most important trade show for books worldwide, with participants from 108 countries. With a history dating back 500 years to the Gutenberg Press, this fair is the world’s most important venue for publishers, agents, booksellers, librarians, translators, authors and suppliers dealing with publishing rights, licenses and international property rights. Frankfurt Book Fair 2008 attracted 299,112 visitors and 7,373 exhibitors from 100 countries.  fed ex express

The United States represented nearly 10% of the total exhibitors and enjoyed high visibility as one of the largest non-German group in attendance.
Frankfurt Book Fair will take place from October 14 – 18, 2009.
