In the European Union new Cosmetics legislation ( the Cosmetics Regulation) is gradually replacing old legislation (the Cosmetics Directive). The new Cosmetics Regulation streamlines terminology and simplifies the process of placing a cosmetic product on the EU market. This report presents an overview of EU Cosmetics Legislation for US exporters.
