Huemmerich legal is a law firm with 8 partners and 4 associates. The firm provides services for business clients and comfortably off private clients. Specialisations range from in depth labor law expertise to coporate, m and a, antitrust and tax law.

For private clients we offer services in connection with inheritence, estate administration and family law. Three partners are certified tax sprecialists.

Amongst others our clients are two players on the world markets in logistics and telecommunication. We represent several German banks in labor law and tax cases.

As a firm located in the former German capital Bonn we have traditionally dealt with mandates in the public sector. We foster existing relations to the German banking supervisory body (BaFin) and the German railroads agency (Eisenbahnbundesamt).

We provide services to a growing number of non-German clients mainly from the EU, Asia and the US. All of the 8 partners are fluent in English. 5 Partners are capable of drafting legal papers in this language.

We are part of a network to provide expertise - legal and non-legal - in connection with the EU directive REACH.
