The U.S. Commercial Service's International Buyer Program (IBP) organizes thousands of international buyers to meet with American companies at major trade shows. Each year the U.S. Commercial Service selects and promotes trade shows representing leading industrial sectors, including Information Technology, Environmental Products and Services, Medical Equipment and Supplies, Food Processing and Service, Building and Construction Products, and Consumer Products.

Participants in U.S. Commercial Service IBPs are provided with a number of services, including logistics assistance, discount hotel rates and entrance fees, market briefs, matchmaking during the show, and post-show assistance.

The Annual Meeting of the AACC is the world's largest meeting devoted to clinical chemistry and clinical laboratory science in general.  Clinical laboratory science is the analysis of fluids and tissues for the diagnosis, management and treatment of illness and injury.  As new technologies are developed more laboratory testing such as hematology, infectious disease, serology and others is moving into clinical chemistry. The worldwide IVD (in vitro Diagnostic) market, which is currently 50% U.S. and 50% international, is dominated by U.S. based and/or owned companies.  The AACC exposition includes every significant manufacturer from anywhere in the world along with most of the start-up companies bringing new technologies to the market. Traveling as a part of our delegation, you will be provided with logistical assistance from the U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as help in arranging matchmaking meetings with potential business partners

The United States is the largest producer of dental products in the world.  Dental manufacturers and dealers will convene in over 1,500 booths to showcase the latest products and innovations in materials, technologies and equipment.  A free 300-seat arena on the exhibit where dental procedures will be performed on actual patients will be shown on closed circuit TV screens.
