NAB, April 10-15, 2010 in Las Vegas

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), Conference April 10-15, 2010, Exhibits April 12-15, 2010.  NAB is the world’s largest electronic media event.  NAB 2009 attracted over 100,000 electronic media professionals from 141 countries. A representative from the U.S. Commercial Service, U.S. Embassy, will lead the delegation. NAB is where you will find business and technology insights & innovations covering every aspect of audio and video content production, management, and distribution.  Television and radio broadcasters, electronic media professionals, and audio and video producers attend NAB.  The U.S. Department of Commerce will help arrange matchmaking meetings with potential business partners.

MENA Power

USTDA is funding MENA POWER 2010, an electricity conference in Cairo, Egypt, May 24-26, 2010. Through this conference, USTDA seeks to improve the Middle East and North Africa’s electricity sector to benefit MENA producers and consumers. The proposed Conference is intended to support opportunities for the supply of advanced U.S. equipment and services in the MENA electricity sector. The conference will serve to present substantial commercial value to U.S. equipment and service suppliers. The program would consist of a three-day conference featuring plenary workshops, project sessions, roundtable discussions and one-on-one meetings. Significant opportunities for U.S. electricity generation and distribution equipment and service operators exist in MENA despite differing levels of development throughout the region. The conference will focus on market opportunities in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Turkey and the West Bank.
