The International Builders Show, Las Vegas Nevada, January 19-22 2009.
Welcome to the International Builders show registartion page. The U.S. Commercial service is now recruiting a Kenyan delegation to attend the 2010 show.
This show is suited for architects, engineers, contractors and quantity surveyors and is the largest annual trade show in the world for the residential and commercial building industry, showcasing more than 1,900 manufacturers and suppliers and covering in excess of one million net square feet of exhibit space. The show offers the largest display of residential and commercial building industry products and materials in more than 200 construction product categories and attracts more than 103,000 professionals from nearly 100 countries.
This is the third time we are recruiting for this show, with great success.
The expected travel dates are January 17, 2010 (evening flight out of Nairobi), Arrive Las Vegas evening of January 18th 2010. Proposed return dates are evening of January 22, 2010. However we recommend using the opportunity to pursue business interests, and therefore, return dates are flexible. However to enjoy group rates, group must depart on the same flight.
Important information:
1. Registration is open from August 17,2009 with a deadline of September 29, 2009. Register early to avoid disappointment. The participation fee is estimated at USD 3,300 subject to final airline quote and registration fees.
2. Registration deposit of $1000 cash is required latest September 29, 2009. This deposit covers the non-refundable deposit for the first night at the hotel, show registration fee and airfare, and administration fees. If a U.S. VISA is not issued, refund is 100%. Once the VISA is issued, only $400 is refundable, with the rest being subject to hotel, show and airline cancellation fees.
3. The balance of $2300 will be required by October 30, 2009.
4. Please indicate in the registration below if you have a Valid VISA, preferrably not expiring before March 2010, or before the show ends.
