American Dental Association (ADA) Annual Session 2009 - Honolulu, Hawaii, September 30 - October 4, 2009.
The Commercial Section of the American Embassy in Kenya is pleased to announce that it is recruiting a Kenyan delegation to participate at the American Dental Association (ADA) Annual Session (http://www.ada.org), an U.S. Department of Commerce certified event that brings together leaders in dental practice, research, academics and industry to present more than 180 Continuing Education (CE) courses over 4 days.
More than 60% of these CE courses are FREE with your participation as well as the ADA World Marketplace Exhibition that runs concurrently and will augment your experience by exposing you to the latest cutting-edge technology and products including a Live Operatory Center featuring a CAD/CAM Stage. The 2009 ADA Annual Session will take place at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii from Wednesday, September 30 to Sunday, October 4, 2009.
Participation Costs:
$3350 - per delegate covering return airfare (Nairobi-London-Honololu-London-Nairobi), 6 nights hotel accommodation (bed & breakfast) at the 3-star Ohana Waikiki East Hotel on the Beach Hotel http://www.ohanahotels.com/hotels-resorts/hawaiian-islands/oahu-waikiki/ohana-waikiki-east airport transfer and internal administrative costs.
Important Timelines:
June 24 2009: Close of pre-registration. If interested in participating, kindly complete NOW the below pre-registration form.
June 27: Deadline for $1000 deposit payment (that will confirm your airline and hotel reservations)
August 14: Visa interview deadline. If you require a visa, please book a visa interview date not beyond this date using our on-line system: http://216.147.140.2/GeneralNIV/default.asp
September 4: Outstanding payment deadline for all registered participants with valid U.S. visas
September 27: Group departure from Nairobi
NB: Registration closes on June 24, 2009 to enable the group meet the vendors' deadlines for deposit payments and thus secure airline and hotel reservations. Please note that the Commercial Section CANNOT guarantee visa issuance.
