U.S. companies interested to introduce their franchises to the Croatian market are encouraged to visit the site of the Franchise Center managed by the Center for Entrepreneurship Osijek in cooperation with the Franchise Center of Texas El Paso University.

1. Facilitative Assistance

1. Place an advertisement for Client in appropriate local press. 
2. Send flyers by email/fax to targeted companies/individuals. 
3. Conduct telephone screening with potential Master Franchisees to ensure they are qualified and seriously interested. 
4. Send material to those who pass screening ‘test’ and Master License application. 
5. Receive completed applications and pass to U.S. client for further direct contact with potential licensees.

Cost: $1,135.00 (plus cost of advertisement)

2. Appointment Setting

1. Meet with/call/email existing targets in the franchising and investment industry to alert them to upcoming, unique investment opportunity. 
2. Send flyers by email/fax to targeted companies/individuals.
3. Conduct telephone screening with potential Master Franchisees to ensure they are qualified and seriously interested. 
4. Email or courier serious candidates with preliminary information. 
5. Set up meeting with potential candidates for U.S. client, at which time those who are seriously interested and judged to be eligible by client, would receive full materials and Master License application. 
6. Further discussions conducted directly by U.S. client with Commercial Service Croatia on hand to assist with any needed local follow-up or assistance, including (help with visa referrals for candidates attending training/follow-up meetings in the United States, referrals to financial and legal experts for contract completion stage, etc.)

Cost: $1,435.00

3. Promotional

1. Large advertisement placed in local press, posted on relevant websites, etc. 
2. Large number of invitations sent to list of potential investors gleaned from local list provider and franchise contacts. 
3. Potential Master License purchasers invited to a central venue for presentation by client on the company. 
4. One-on-one meeting slots available after presentation for interested parties. 
5. Further discussions conducted directly by client but Commercial Service Croatia on hand to assist with any needed local follow-up or assistance, including (help with visa referrals for candidates attending training/follow-up meetings in the United States, referrals to financial and legal experts for contract completion stage, etc.)

Cost: $3,025.00 (plus cost of advertisement)
