1. SF 171 - Application for Federal Employment or current resumé or SF 612 Optional Application for Federal Employment

2. Volunteer Service Agreement (signed by university and student)- PLEASE CLICK AT THE BOTTOM ON "VSA FORM"

3. SF-85P - Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions

4. Release Statement for Consumer Credit Report - PLEASE CLICK AT THE BOTTOM ON "RELEASE STATEMENT"

5. Copy of passport.

6. Cover letter and Resume.

Please send this cover sheet together with all documents listed above at least 3 months before start date to Roy Fernandez, Commercial Assistant.
