The Get the Most out of On-Line Resources seminar will feature three companies that have a niche in working with U.S. companies in the export arena:

* WAND connects buyers and sellers locally, nationally and globally on the Internet by classifying detailed information about businesses on 15 worldwide websites, in 11 languages.  Ed Jennings will explain how this tool enhances your company's Internet presence.  Seminar participants can qualify for the WAND Network of World Directories free of charge for 1 year.

* UPS offers its TradeAbility feature to customers who need access to timely global content by providing harmonized tariff codes; duty and tax cost calculation; import and export compliance checking; and denied or restricted party screening.  Bonnie Jimenez will give participants an inside view of TradeAbility, as well as inform them of a variety of international documents necessary for completing an export transaction.

* The Central Denver Public Library business reference section and the business reference databases on thh Denver Public Library website can provide many useful sources for business and marketing plans.  Dixie Malone will show participants how to access free demographics, psychographics and other useful business numbers and statistics through these databases.

**The $25 registration fee includes access for 1 year to the WAND Network of World Directories for qualifying participants.
