The U.S. Commercial Service in Beijing, China is pleased to invite American companies providing services and products in support of the 2008 Olympics Stadia construction to develop their business prospects in the burgeoning market of the People’s Republic of China by displaying their company literature in the Commerce Department booth at the Stadia 2004 Conference from February 16-18, 2004 to be held at the China World Trade Center in Beijing. Supported by the Beijing Municipal Government and the Chinese Government’s Sports Facilities Construction and Standards Authority (SFCSA), Stadia 2004 is strategically set in Beijing during the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympiad Games of the XXIX Olympiad’s implementation phase. SFCSA, under the State General Administration of Sports, is the designated Chinese Government Authority responsible for the Olympics 2008 sports facilities in Beijing, and is the national authority on stadia and arena construction, standards and contractor’s accreditation.
The Commercial Service booth will display the promotional literature of American companies interested in penetrating or developing additional business in China. The Commercial Service will display promotional literature for each company, with the goal of collecting a contact name list of potential Chinese buyers and business partners for each participating firm. After the show, each exhibitor will be provided with a list of Chinese companies that expressed interest in future contact.
There is a USD 100 fee for displaying your company’s materials in this booth. However, participation in the booth will be limited to the first 20 firms that respond to this invitation.
