Event Summary:

SEMICON China 2006 was held from March 21-23, 2006 at Shanghai’s New International Exposition Center. The exposition, with a track record of over ten years, is one of the most established events of its kind in Asia, showcasing an extensive array of companies dealing in semiconductor manufacturing services, electronic design automation (EDA) and semiconductor equipment.

The CS Shanghai team of CO Darrel Ching and CS Lisa Tang visited and counseled some 100 U.S. exhibitors and numerous Chinese buyers. CS Shanghai also took an innovative revenue-generating approach and offered a Gold Key Service PLUS to one client-- an intensive four-day schedule of individual meetings with potential Chinese partners, site visits, booth and seminar participation, as well as a press interview with Semiconductor Manufacturing magazine. The client stated that this was an excellent experience that they expect will help them to enter the China market. FCS Shanghai had a booth manned by Lisa Tang, Commercial Specialist, and Jerry Qian, Commercial Clerk, for the entire three days. CS Tang and CC Qian also counseled a number of American and Chinese clients that visited the FCS booth.
