Event Summary: Since its inception in 1994, FHC has established itself as the leading Food and Hotel Show in Northern China. FHC 2003 attracted over 7,670 trade visitors, 26% of which came from outside Beijing and the Northeast provinces of Shandong, Hebei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Jilin. In 2003, 185 exhibitors from over 23 countries attended the exhibition. FHC 2005 is timed to benefit from the Beijing 2008 Olympics contracts. Members of the Beijing Olympic Committee procurement team have been in attendance since 2003.

This year's U.S.Pavilion is a joint venture between FCS and the U.S. Agricultural Trade Office. This event will showcase companies involved in both food products and processing equipment, as well as the hospitality and retail sector.
