The U.S. Pavilion is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce's initiative to promote American goods and services in key Chinese markets. Developed in coordination with major Chinese and international exhibition companies, the U.S. Pavilions provide a unique opportunity for American companies to be involved in key international exhibitions around China.
Exhibitors at the U.S. Pavilion receive:
· Fully furnished booth in a prime location;
· On-site counseling & networking assistance;
· Pre-show marketing campaign to buyers;
· Welcome kit and briefing from U.S. Embassy officials;
· Company web linkage to EXPO COMM CHINA 2008 website (www.expocomm.com) and U.S. Commercial Service’s Website (www.buyusa.gov/china);
· All for a reasonable exhibitor fee of $5,700 (size: 3m x 3m standard booth)
US Pavilion offers fully furnished turnkey stands (booths) that take all the worries and risks out of exhibiting overseas. We enable exhibitors to maximize their time spent at the Fair to concentrate on business matters rather than dealing with Fair service providers and help participating companies to develop trading partners.
All booth space in each section is available on a “first come, first served” basis. Space contracts and payment terms will be provided directly to each exhibitor by the Organizer.
