The U.S. Pavilion is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce's initiative to promote American goods and services in key Chinese markets. Developed in coordination with major Chinese and international exhibition companies, the U.S. Pavilions provide a unique opportunity for American companies to be involved in key international exhibitions around China.
Participation in U.S. Pavilion at the CISIS provides companies special opportunities and services including:
•Prime location for the U.S. Pavilion
•Standard booth (3m×3m=9m2)
o US$1,800 per booth for overseas
exhibitors
o RMB9,000 per booth and RMB 900 per
square meter for U.S. companies with operations in China and
paying local taxes
Standard booths are equipped with: three
planes of exhibition boards, one fascia bearing Chinese and
English name of the exhibitor, carpet on the booth floor, one
220V/5A single-phase outlet, two spot lights, one reception desk,
two chairs, as well as booth cleaning service
•Raw space(minimum 18m2)at US$180 for overseas exhibitors and RMB 900 per m2 for U.S. companies with operations in China and paying local taxes
•One-on-one meetings with prospective customers
•CISIS 2009 Opening Reception Dinner
•Tour of Dalian Software Park for representatives of the exhibiting company
The U.S. Pavilion can offer fully furnished turnkey stands (booths) that take all the worries and risks out of exhibiting overseas. We enable exhibitors to maximize their time spent at the Fair to concentrate on business matters rather than dealing with Fair service providers and help participating companies to develop trading partners.
All booth space in each section is available on a “first come, first served” basis. Space contracts and payment terms will be provided directly to each exhibitor by the Organizer
