The U.S. Pavilion is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce's initiative to promote American goods and services in key Chinese markets. Developed in coordination with major Chinese and international exhibition companies, the U.S. Pavilions provide a unique opportunity for American companies to be involved in key international exhibitions around China.
Participation in U.S. Pavilions at the CIPPE 2008 provides companies special opportunities and services including:
· Fully furnished booth (s) in a prime location (Hall No.2);
· On-site counseling & networking assistance throughout the show;
· Welcome kit and briefing from U.S. Embassy officials;
· Free advertisement in CIPPE show directory and in U.S. Pavilion Exhibitor Directory;
· Free Welcome Reception with key contacts from China’s oil & gas and petrochemical industries;
· Company web linkage to U.S. Commercial Service’s Website (http://www.buyusa.gov/china/)
US Pavilion offers fully furnished turnkey stands (booths) that take all the worries and risks out of exhibiting overseas. We enable exhibitors to maximize their time spent at the Fair to concentrate on business matters rather than dealing with Fair service providers and help participating companies to develop trading partners.
All booth space in each section is available on a “first come, first served” basis. Space contracts and payment terms will be provided directly to each exhibitor by the Organizer.
