International Partner Search:
You will receive a report listing pre-screened local contacts interested in pursuing business with you. We need your completed questionnaire and 15 sets of product literature in order to get started. Delivery time is 30 days from receipt of payment and company literature. Cost is $590.
Note: If you contract a Gold Key within 6 months of the IPS, you will pay a reduced Gold Key price of just $385 per day of appointments or $350 off the regular 1-day Gold Key price.

Gold Key Business Appointment Service:
You will receive a schedule of meetings with potential Chilean business partners customized to meet your specific objectives. Upon arrival in Chile, you can expect 4-5 pre-screened appointments per day, as well as a market briefing and escorting/interpreting for all meetings in Santiago. We ask you to provide your completed questionnaire, 15 sets of product literature and payment five weeks prior to your arrival. Cost is $735. Subsequent days of appointments cost $500/day. There is a rescheduling charge of $250 should you change the Gold Key dates. Transportation is not included in the fee, approximately US$120 per day.
Delivery time: 5 weeks from receipt of payment, completed questionnaire, and material.

Video Gold Key Matching Service:
Similar to Gold Key Business Appointment Service except that meetings are conducted via videoconference rather than in person. Ideal for the business person who cannot travel. You will receive a schedule of meetings with potential Chilean business partners customized to meet your specific objectives. You can expect 4-5 pre-screened appointments per day, as well as a market briefing and interpreter assistance. We ask you to provide your completed questionnaire, 15 sets of product literature and payment five weeks prior to the event. Cost is $650 plus applicable telecommunications line charges. Subsequent days of appointments cost $350/day plus applicable line charges. There is a rescheduling charge of $250 should you change the Gold Key dates.

Video Hosting Service
The Video Hosting Service is a new product category created in response to the growing demand from USCS clients for videoconferencing facilitation. The U.S. client will identify a potential partner in Santiago that he/she wishes to inititate a video event with; we facilitate the event by providing a site, video conferencing technology, and on-site technical support.
Cost: 185 per hour

Trade Dispute Facilitation Service
We will contact the local party with whom a US exporter has a problems, and ask the local party to work towards an amicable solution. There is no fee for this initial contact. If the US client wishes us to continue to track the case, we charge $200 to track the case for 60 days and $200 for each additional 60-day period. The fee covers tracking, contact and correspondence with the local and US companies. The fee must be paid in advance by check or credit card.
