In addition to the above rate, a 12% total daily hotel/government tax per room, resort gratuity of $18 per person, per day and a one time bellman charge of $6.00 per person will apply.

 RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

Individuals with the Energy Conference and Expo are to make their reservations directly with the hotel at telephone: 1-242-327-6000 ext. 860190 or 860194 on or before November 1, 2009 by 5:00 p.m.  To guarantee and confirm accommodations, individuals will be required to give a valid credit card number and a one night room deposit will be applied.  When booking, you are to indicate that you are with the Bahamas Energy Conference hosted by the U.S. Embassy, The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and The Bahamas Hotel Association.
