China’s total auto export value was USD 49.73 billion in 2008, 21.6% up year on year, while import value was USD 31.43 billion, 20.96% higher than 2007

Government measures to stimulate China's automotive industry – The State Council unveiled the stimulus package to boost the auto industry early this year which include US$1.5 billion to support auto companies to upgrade technologies and develop alternative-energy cars, US$730 million for farmers to upgrade farm-use vehicles, tax cuts, subsidies and improvement on credit system etc
Further expansion reconfirms Automechanika Shanghai as Asia's best automotive sourcing destination!
