The U.S.-China Legal Exchange and Roundtable is an excellent way to learn about important changes to China's draft Anti-Monopoly Law and revisions to its Partnership Law.  The Exchange features representatives from China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), State Council-Legislative Affairs Office (SCLAO), the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and local legal experts.  It takes place as part of the annual high level bilateral exchange of the Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade.
