An overview of US export controls including, the players, policies and processes with emphasis on compliance and minimizing exposure, liability and risk for you and your organization;
Hands-on understanding of jurisdiction;  Discussion of hot topics including brokering, voluntary & directed disclosures, electronic licensing, third-country/dual nationals, dual-use and munitions, deemed exports, education & training opportunities, fundamental research considerations, merger & acquisition due diligence, red flags; and, an enforcement update and the latest consequences of non-compliance with lessons learned.

Locke Becomes Secretary of Commerce
